Moony, Moony !..( burst in Imapig2 ,

running to the Club-house , where Moonpig was too )

sat upon his throne , with a mirror in his trotter,

muttering 'Sweet nothings' to his reflection -

Who's Handsome ?

...Who's Pretty ?

 

 

 

Oh Ima ! what.s the matter !!!

this had better be..real good

Go on Ima tell me . what on earth it is ..you should .

 

 

It's them veggies in the fields down there ,

the ones we planted late ,

something strange is happening

APigCanFly sent me to relate.

The radishes are on the rampage

The carrots,they are too

& the cauliflower have uprooted themselves,

( cried Imapig2 )

" Down with  unfair treatment !

Up with equality !! "

 

 

Oh ! is that all,

moony managed to say,

 ( he hadn't really heard ,

He was busy checking in the mirror - his teeth .

He really looked quite absurd. )

I think I've got a piece of lettuce stuck ,

will you come & look ,

I'll get Slugger to inspect ,if you like,

( said I )

but you could use a plastic hook.

A shriek was heard in the field outside ,

it was APigCanFly's voice,

( saying )

Get these wretched things off me

before I lose my choice

What is happening out-side ?

( said moony, quite alarmed  )

Is that my ' once v/p .s ' voice I hear

she had better not been harmed.

In a thrice he was off his throne ,

his mirror lay on the floor,

as he rushed to save APigCanFly ,

he ran 'BANG ! ' straight into the door .

 

 

Who put that there ?  

( cried moony , in a rage ! )

I think you're supposed to .' OPEN 'the door first.

( sniggered Ima  )

it's a fact..My Sage !

I'll .. DEAL..with you later ,

shouted moonpig , now out-side ,

but very soon he was calling

for on Ima's help he relied

The radishes were holding high

APigCanFly in warm embrace.

The carrot & the cauliflower

saw moonpig giving chase

Help !!!!

 

Imapig2 ran to their aid . but alas to no avail

as APigCanFly disappeared out of sight

leaving not so much as a trail

'cept moonpig sitting on the ground ,

looking sad & all forsaken,

their precious friend APigCanFly

by the veggies , had been taken.

Those veggies were revolting,

( cried moonpig to Ima , his friend )

They've taken our bestest ' mate '

          and I fear this is the end.
